Answers before you book.
What method do you use?
Truck-mounted hot water extraction. The machine stays in the van, heats the water, and pulls the dirty water back out through a hose. It has stronger suction than a portable machine.
Does it leave residue behind?
Hot water extraction rinses the carpet and pulls the water and loosened dirt back out, so very little is left behind.
How long until the carpet is dry?
Most carpet is dry enough to walk on in a few hours. Thick carpet and humid days take longer. For a vacation rental, we schedule the clean early enough that the unit is ready for the next arrival.
How much does it cost?
Carpet starts at $40 per room, mattresses at $30 for twin, $35 for full and $50 for queen and king, and bathroom tile floors and walls at $40. We also clean tile floors throughout the home. There is an $80 minimum per visit, and 10% off all services when you book 3 or more jobs in a month. Pressure washing starts at $150 for a driveway, sidewalk and entryway and $250 for a pool deck, furniture and cage. The full exterior package starts at $800. Book a package and everything done on the same visit is 20% off. You always get a firm price before we start. We quote on site, or you authorize the quote before the job begins. Send us your units and we will send back a quote.
Do I get proof the work was done?
Yes. We take before and after photos on every job and send them to owners and property managers.
What if I am not satisfied?
Tell us within 30 days of the cleaning and send a photo. If a spot we cleaned comes back, or the result is not what you expected, we will come back and reclean it for free. The guarantee covers the areas and items we cleaned. It does not cover new stains or spills after our visit, such as from a new guest, or damage that cannot be cleaned, such as bleach, dye or worn fibers.
Can you work around guest check-outs and check-ins?
Yes. Give us the check-out and check-in times and we will book between stays.
Do you clean commercial spaces?
Yes. We clean hotels, offices and other commercial spaces, and we can work after hours so your business stays open. Send us the space and the size and we will send back a quote.
Do you clean more than carpet?
Yes. We clean mattresses (twin through king), upholstery, tile and grout on every floor and bathroom walls, and pressure wash driveways, pool decks and lanais. We also treat pet odors and stains, and repair screen panels.
